Parkour Classes
Ages 5-12
Is your child high-energy, fast-thinking and creative?
Then this program is for them.

The Dynamos program is inspired by parkour, ninja, martial arts, tricking, and freestyle gymnastics. Students train across a wide range of challenges using floor obstacles, bar obstacles, timed runs, and aerial skills—where the only limit is imagination. The program develops coordination, body awareness, balance, spatial awareness, strength, and agility, all while encouraging creativity, courage, and fun.

Through this program, participants will:
Master flips, vaults, and kicks while improving coordination and control

Build confidence and discipline through focus and respect, while developing bravery, creativity, and resilience​

Increase strength, flexibility, and quick reflexes, supporting performance in sport and everyday movement​

Learn to safely challenge themselves by attempting perceived high-risk skills in a controlled environment, guided and supported by coaches and teammates

This class offers Beginner & Intermediate levels.
Flyers Classes
Trampoline
The Flyers program is perfect for those who want to experience what it feels like to move and play in the air. Students learn trampolining skills that progressively increase in height and difficulty as technique and control improve.
​
Participants will learn routines on the tumble trampoline, as well as individual and synchronised trampoline skills. Each level has a set of required skills that must be achieved before progressing, with a strong focus on learning correct technique to safely build both confidence and ability.
​
Gymnasts may attend one or two classes per week, depending on how quickly they wish to progress and achieve new skills.​
